the label about this release:
"two veterans of the viennese electronic music scene met and joined forces to form the sultans of swing"(Radio FM4, 2003). one of them, chris isepp, was publisher of the "trailblazing graphic art/techno magazine "envelope" (MTV, 1994) in the mid-90s. the other, peter hartwig, was member of the viennese electronic-pioneers "bask".

they are described by their friends as "two huge fellas in undershirts sitting in a park, making strange sounds and laughing all the time...and that's what they do in the studio as well."

summerbreeze is their first release on top10records, a brand new pop-label with one foot in vienna and one in barcelona.

a combination of bitter-sweet melodies and cheeky samples form the character of the vocal-opener "summerbreeze - extended".

two further remixes ("fingering bass", a 2-step remix by richard miklos and the deep-house mix "flying carpet") are trips into variable styles of dance music.

finally the last track on vinyl, "summerbreeze - instrumental", could be perfect for your next karaoke party...(the final track on cd is the radio-version).

the label about this release:
"Summerbreeze" is a fluffy piece of gentle house. The lovely feel of this hyper-pop tune soon had the bad vibes floating away. The tracks are exactly what the title suggests. With a filter treatment and sampling MFSB "The Sound of Philadelphia", it's finished in a perfect touch of summer nights. The B-Side comes with a funked out deephouse-remix with a lot of understatement funk and shuffling beats in perfection plus a breaky 2-step mix.

Relisted now that we've heard how good it is! Laid back deep house with an unmistakable BARRY WHITE sample! Comes with a funked out remix by FLYING CARPET and a breaky 2-step mix, plus and instrumental without the bitter sweet vocals.

Es un track genial, "really cool", en la onda del deep-disco house. Muy buena onda.

I think the tune is very good and yes, it does have an accessible vibe to it.

that austrian label comes with 4 mixes of a deephouse-track with a lot of understatement funk and shuffling beats in perfection.

summerbreeze is a fluffy piece of gentle house. the lovely feel of this hyper-pop tune soon had the bad vibes floating away. the flying carpet mix is a little more directional and could be a club favorite, with the same lush sounds arranged with more of a kick. a perfect "back to mine" soundtrack.
