Our gift voucher is the perfect present for all music afficionados.

Here is how it works:
Gift vouchers will not be put in to your digi bag and purchased via the usual checkout procedure, but directly by just one click here on this page.

1. Choose a gift voucher value.
2. Choose between 'standard gift voucher' without any personal words and 'dedicated gift voucher' adding a dedicated person name and some personal words. Those entries will be printed on the gift voucher.
3. Click on 'purchase voucher'.
4. We will then create the gift voucher and send out a confirmation e-mail to you. This step may take up to several hours.
5. Download the gift voucher from the link given in this confirmation e-mail. You can either send the pdf file directly to your friend or print out the voucher, it will be of size A6.
But, you may download your gift voucher later as well. As with all downloadable music files, you can find it in your personal 'download area' where it stays available for three days.

Consider this in advance
For this one-click-purchase to work correctly, there are three prerequisites:
1. You need to be logged in.
2. You need to have at least one address in your address book (necessary for invoicing). see 'address book'
3. You need to hold sufficient funds on your soul account. If you don't, please go to 'refill soul account' and fillup the amount you need for your gift voucher.

Validity of gift vouchers
Gift vouchers stay valid until they become redeemed or returned. There is no certain date when they become void!

Return policy of not yet redeemed gift vouchers
Bad present? Bought an incorrect value? Want to return the voucher?

No problem, just send a mail to support(at) soulseduction.com and ask to return the voucher. As long as the voucher has not yet been redeemed, we will return the money back to you.
Keep in mind: we can only return the voucher value to the person that has initially purchased the voucher.

Return policy of redeemed gift vouchers
Redeemed Gift Vouchers cannot be returned for a cash refund.
